Estate Master Capital Group is an asset management company that manages the EM Alternative Financing Fund which has a billion dollar plus capacity. The EM AF Fund is a Section 3 (c)1Fund with a 100-investor/institution maximum and a minimum investment of $1 million from accredited investors and institutions. Estate Master Capital Group leverages our personal relationship with over 400 high net worth individuals, several large endowment funds, 12 billion-dollar hedge funds and more than 1,000 family offices around the world.

We provide short-term bridge financing for up to 120 days for small businesses and corporations. We have a strategic partnership with three major multi-billion-dollar private trust funds, located in: Dallas, Texas; Los Angeles, California; and London, United Kingdom. Each trust fund writes corporate bonds and provides a unique business line of credit product that provides funding from $25 million to $10 billion in one transaction.

EM Alternative Financing Fund will provide the 20% required investment on behalf of all qualified business that are approved through their respective Line of Credit Bond program. Within 45-120 days that capital will be returned with interest paid from the client’s first draw schedule.

The EM AF Fund will also provide short-term capital for students who graduate from Estate Master Real Estate Academy. This will help students fund their first real estate deal. Less than 10% of funds raised will be used for graduates and the real estate will be collateralized. Since Covid 19 the market has exploded with new start-ups every day. In 2010, the number of new business applications was 2.5 million and since 2020 this figure has grown by 75% to 4.38 million. Also, since 2019 it has increased by 24.7 percent per US Business Formation Statistics (BFS). Therefore, through our creative alternative fund and partnerships we are looking to provide more than $10 billion in short-term funding for these start-up businesses within the next year.

If we can capture 10% of that business and provide short-term capital of $700,000,000 in just the next year with a 10 % ROI that is a seventy million profit for the year. However, our investment model on average can expect anywhere from 18-20% ROI annually. And our promise is to provide excellent investment opportunities with minimum risk and optimal returns on investments with a wash and repeat model that will give two to three quarters of solid return on investment for our investors and institutions that invest in our fund.
