EM Alternative Financing Fund
Anthony Pierre, a 22-year veteran of the investment industry, founded the EM Alternative Financing Fund as a Section 3 (c)1 hedge fund in 2023 to provide short-term bridge financing for up to 120 days for small businesses and corporations. During his career, he has completed a vast array of transactions across various industries.
Estate Master Capital Group, an asset management company, manages the EM Alternative Financing Fund, which has a $1 billion+ capacity. The firm has strategic partnerships with three major multi-billion-dollar private trust funds (Dallas, Los Angeles, and London) which issue corporate bonds and provide funding from $25 million to 10 billion per transaction as a business line of credit.
The Fund provides the 20% required investment on behalf of all qualified business that are approved through a Line of Credit Bond program, and in 45-120 days that capital is returned with interest paid from the client’s first draw schedule.
Areas for PE & VC investment include oil and gas, energy, film production, real estate and land, sports and entertainment, gold, green projects/ESG, clean energy, agriculture, biotech, spirits companies, cannabis, hotels and motels, storage units, assisted living, and technology. He is also the Managing Partner of Pierre Investment Holdings, a private equity consulting firm that supports the EM Alternative Financing Fund by providing our clients with leads for companies that require short-term financing.
His public and private transactional and advisory experience includes investment banking, real estate investing, private equity, IPOs, and PIPEs in industries such as real estate, telecom, technology, natural resources, and energy.
Mr. Pierre is a serial entrepreneur, bestselling author, keynote speaker and ordained minister. He is the CEO of Estate Master Real Estate Academy, which teaches real estate investing and financial literacy throughout the United States and Canada.
Adrienne Shipman is Director of Operations and Fund Manager for the EM Alternative Financing Fund, a Section 3 (c)1 hedge fund founded in 2023 to provide short-term bridge financing for up to 120 days for small businesses and corporations.
Ms. Shipman has 20+ years of experience in property management, real estate sales, and investment strategy, including five years as a real estate professional and real estate investment administrator. She has managed hundreds of real estate transactions during her career.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in psychology and is one of a few African American Women Fund managers in the United States.
Paul McMillan II is Senior Advisor to the EM Alternative Financing Fund, a Section 3 (c)1 hedge fund founded in 2023 to provide short-term bridge financing for up to 120 days for small businesses and corporations.
His career trajectory spans private equity and marketing roles, including three years in the life insurance industry and five years in the digital marketing space.
In addition to his role with the EM Alternative Financing Fund, he serves as CEO of McMillan Capital Solutions, which helps small businesses grow by providing business capital and financial expertise on a consultant basis. He has spent the last seven+ years networking with business owners and professionals who want to make a difference in the world.
Matt Malott is Managing Director for the Estate Master Capital Group and the EM Alternative Financing Fund, a Section 3 (c)1 hedge fund founded in 2023 to provide short-term bridge financing for up to 120 days for small businesses and corporations. His focus is on helping businesses and entrepreneurs fund their projects.
Mr. Malott is a licensed real estate agent with 25+ years of sales experience, including 8 years in real estate with firms such as Keller Williams Seven Hills Realty, Plum Tree Realty, and as an owner/operator of a Home Vestors franchise. He also worked as Director of Sales for Nuance Communications and as an alliance manager for independent copier dealers, among other positions throughout the United States.
Charlotte Luer is the marketing Advisor for Estate Master Capital Group and has 25+ years of experience in financial marketing, branding strategy, and consulting. Her expertise includes educational and thought leadership roles and expansive, ongoing marketing campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, multi-billion dollar hedge funds, real estate funds, private equity funds, trust companies, asset management firms, banks, and family offices. Her consulting work on behalf of multifamily offices and other high-profile financial industry clients has led to significant revenue growth and earned her a high level of respect in the financial services industry.
Previously, Ms. Luer was Senior Vice President of Public Communications Inc., one of the largest independent public relations agencies in the United States. She earned a B.S. in Journalism and an M.A. in Communications, both with Honors, at the University of Florida. In addition to her communications studies, she concentrated on statistics and Latin American Affairs. She was named Graduate Research Student of the Year and later worked as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami and the University of South Florida, where she taught college courses in journalism and public relations. She is a member of the Public Relations Society of America, the New York Junior League, The League Club of Naples, and Greater Naples Leadership.
Senior International Consultant
As a teenager, Lorna's heart was set on seeing people lift themselves out of poverty. She was the first generation in her family to go to university, where many did not even go to high school. She earned an advanced degree in economics, sociology, and European and West Indian history from Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, named after the Nobel laureate in economics who said that education is the fundamental cure for poverty. Lorna later studied at the University of Houston, America's most diverse university, where she earned a double major in Economics and Psychology. Lorna's specialty of interest is development economics and energy economics. It was during the COVID 19 pandemic that Essential Services Now LLC was born as a home-based business. Since then, there have been several milestones and strategic relationships aimed primarily at the development of disadvantaged areas of the United States, women, minorities, and developing nations such as Africa and Latin America.
